Jeff Emmett 39c31c90ff feat: add €70 contribution payment page wired to Mollie 
New /contribute page captures name/email and creates a flat €70
'contribution' registration that routes through the existing Mollie
checkout + webhook flow (confirmation email, Sheet sync, opt-in
Listmonk). Adds POST /api/create-contribution endpoint, a contribution
branch in the confirmation email pricing, and CONTRIBUTION_AMOUNT env
override (default 70).
