Jeff Emmett 4e8cabcec5 Make disabled buttons more visible on site + deck 
Thicker border (2px), brighter border (zen/40) and text (zen/70),
dropped the dimming opacity so the intentionally-disabled buttons
read clearly against the dark backdrop.
