Jeff Emmett 9f443d6f18 mycofi_publish.py — Scribus build + doc-forge kdp-print-color finalize 
Top-level wrapper: runs scribus_kdp_bleed.py headless (re-exports IDML
to bleed PDF), then pipes the output through doc-forge's
kdp-print-color finalizer. Result is the submission-ready interior PDF.

Cover is built separately (build_kdp_cover.py); not handled here.
